I am a food, wine and fitness fanatic and a passionate home cook. I dream of quitting my job, moving to Paris, and studying at Le Cordon Bleu, not because I want to become a professional chef, but because I want to learn all their secrets and translate them into beautiful meals I can create in my home and share with my family and friends.

Paris may be out of reach for now, but lucky for me I live in Washington, a state filled with fabulous winemakers, dedicated, organic farmers, local artisans who create everything from luscious cheeses to infused vodkas, and most of all, true master chefs at some of the best restaurants in town and I plan on learning everything I can from every last one of them and sharing it with you!
